Get paid under your own company.
Coco Lame Pay opens a Stripe account in your company's name, puts a checkout page in your brand on your own domain, and stays with you on payouts and disputes. One published rate. No monthly fee.
About 5 minutes to apply. Identity checks are run by Stripe, not by us.
Your customers pay the way they already do.
From application to first payout, every step is visible.
Four steps. None of them asks you to take our word for it: Stripe holds the money and shows you every movement.
You apply
Tell us about your company, your website and what you sell. We reply within one business day, including when the answer is no.
5 minutesStripe verifies your company
You complete Stripe's own onboarding forms: company details, EIN, representative ID, US bank account. We never see your documents.
Often same dayWe set up your checkout
Your name, logo and colors, on a page served from your own domain. Customers always see who they are paying.
In parallelStripe pays you
Payouts go to your US business bank account on your account's schedule. Our fee is taken per payment, never billed later.
Rolling 2 business daysEverything around the payment, already handled.
You don't need a payments engineer to sell online the right way. It's all in the rate.
Checkout in your brand
Your company name, logo and colors on a page served from your own domain or subdomain.
Fraud screening and 3-D Secure
Stripe Radar screens every payment from day one. 3-D Secure runs when the card issuer asks for it.
Dispute support
An alert the day a dispute opens, the reason in plain English, the deadline, and help building your evidence.
Links and redirects
Send a payment link, or redirect shoppers from your storefront to your hosted checkout. No plugin to maintain.
Reports for your books
Payments, refunds, payouts and fees, with a monthly statement your bookkeeper can actually use.
A real person to talk to
One email address, a reply within one business day, in English or French. No ticket queue.
US companies only. That's deliberate.
We work with one kind of merchant so we can onboard each one properly: businesses registered in the United States, selling online, with a Stripe account in the company's own name.
- An LLC or corporation registered in any US state, Wyoming and Delaware included
- An EIN issued by the IRS
- A US business bank account in the company's legal name
- A live website showing your products, prices, refund policy and contact details
- A representative who can pass Stripe's identity verification
Not a fit for Coco Lame Pay
- Individuals without a registered company
- Companies registered outside the United States
- Activities on our Acceptable Use Policy or on Stripe's prohibited list
- Anyone looking to take payments on behalf of another business
Documents, website checklist, payout timing, disputes and reserves: everything a merchant needs to know is written down in one place.
A $100.00 sale, line by line.
No hidden spread, no monthly minimum. This is the full breakdown of a domestic card payment.
When it reaches your bank

- $0 to open, $0 per month, $0 to close.
- A declined payment costs you nothing. We only earn when you do.
- When you refund a payment, our share of the fee comes back to you.

We never touch card numbers. Your money stays in your account.
Coco Lame LLC is a software company. We are not a bank and we don't take custody of merchant funds. Payment processing and the holding of funds are provided by Stripe.
Card data never reaches us
The card fields are Stripe components loaded in your customer's browser. Card numbers are tokenized by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified service provider. Neither you nor we ever see them.
Funds sit in your Stripe account
Every payment lands in the Stripe account opened in your company's name, then pays out to your company's bank account. We cannot send your money anywhere else.
Payout holds are rare, and written down
We can slow payouts or keep a reserve only in the situations listed in our Merchant Terms, such as a dispute rate above 0.75%. If it happens, you get the reason and the duration in writing.
Strong authentication when it counts
3-D Secure runs when the issuer requires it. On authenticated payments, liability for most fraud disputes generally shifts from you to the card issuer.
The questions merchants actually ask.
Stripe. Payments land in the Stripe account opened in your company's name and pay out to your US business bank account. Coco Lame LLC never takes custody of your funds. Our fee is deducted automatically from each successful payment.
No. Your account is created during onboarding, through Stripe's own hosted forms, in your company's name. If you already have a Stripe account, mention it in your application and we'll tell you whether it can be connected.
The application takes about five minutes and we reply within one business day. Stripe's verification is often done the same day, and takes longer if Stripe asks for a document. We set up your checkout in parallel, so it's ready when your account is.
Stripe's standard schedule for US accounts is a rolling two business days. Your very first payout usually arrives 7 to 14 days after your first successful payment. Weekends and US bank holidays are not business days, so a Friday payment typically arrives on Tuesday.
You're notified the day it opens, with the reason and the deadline. We help you put the evidence together: order details, delivery proof, customer messages. The card issuer makes the final call, so nobody can promise you a win. Stripe's dispute fee applies as listed on Stripe's US pricing page. The merchant guide covers the whole process.
Yes. You can accept cards from customers anywhere Stripe supports. Your account settles in US dollars to a US bank account. International cards and currency conversion carry extra processing costs at Stripe, passed through at cost.
Yes, if every website belongs to your company, is declared to us and sells what you declared during onboarding. Taking payments for another business, or for products you didn't declare, is not allowed and leads to the account being closed.
Everything Stripe prohibits, plus a few categories we choose not to serve. Our Acceptable Use Policy lists them, along with the activities that need our written approval first. We'd rather tell you upfront.
Where IRS reporting thresholds are met, Form 1099-K is issued for your account through Stripe. Sales tax on your own orders, and your company's tax filings, remain your responsibility.
No. Coco Lame Pay is a software service of Coco Lame LLC, a Wyoming company. We are not a bank and we don't hold or transmit funds. Payment processing services are provided by Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates.
Send us an email. There's no notice period and no exit fee. Payouts already on their way still arrive, and your transaction history stays available in your Stripe dashboard.
Tell us about your business.
